Zero gravity

Tere Gutiérrez says that, even before publishing one single track by GANGES, there were people who only needed to see one of her photos to be certain that they were interested in listening to her music. Relying so heavily on image has its risks, but in this case it is symptomatic of the fact that the singer knew exactly what image she wanted to show the world. And when they came, the songs lived up to our expectations: Origami, 400 millas norte and Oro falso are predestined hits of dream pop elegance, from a project that we insist on calling “emerging”, although it oozes maturity from each and every one of its synthetic pores.
